If you’ve been in our orbit for a while, you probably know us through Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP. That name, and the community built around it, taught us everything about what happens when you pull people out of their routines and put them in extraordinary spaces.
First, to clear up any confusion: Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is staying right where it is as our physical studio. That home base isn't going anywhere.
But as our retreats grew and our vision sharpened, the travel side needed its own space to expand. We wanted a brand dedicated entirely to high-end travel where raw adventure meets modern restoration.
Enter Neon Compass.
What hasn't changed is who is behind it. It’s still run entirely by the two of us, Nick and Katie. Every route, every estate, and every detail is hand-curated by us.
In fact, our upcoming Panama retreat in 2027 will officially be the final chapter operating under the Spotted Dog banner before we fully transition our travel community forward under Neon Compass. Behind the scenes, it's the exact same team building every single experience.
